I have been so rubbish at keeping this updated lately - sorry!!

I lost 1 and a half lbs this week though :)

Will try to have food diaries up from tomorrow onwards again. x
 
Hi - I am now back in the game after a couple of weeks away, loads of food and alcohol so knocked the wine on the head and keeping a record of my food again.
Can't sabotage this just for Christmas - too many new clothes to wear :D
Hope you have a nice Christmas in case neither of us is here for a while. We are going away to a Hotel on Tuesday for 5 days but told myself I am not going to over indulge this time - and yes I do mean it - well, as much as I can but not going to go mad. Going with 3 non-drinkers so should be easier than going away with 6 other wine drinkers :D

Well done on your further weight losses.

Sorry I haven't updated like I promised I would - I've been feeling poorly the last few days with tonsillitis :(. Hoping the antibiotics are starting to kick in though so I'm not feeling like this over Christmas. I thought I was getting better on Saturday so went on a girls night out with my sis, cousin & friend then woke up yesterday feeling 10 times worse. Oops.

Last weigh-in before Christmas tonight. Not holding high hopes but I'm ok with a stay the same or a gain cause I felt pretty damn good in my polkadotty dress on Saturday night:

I managed to somehow lose 3.5lbs this week! On phone so will update tickers etc in a bit but yay x
 
So I gained 2.5lbs this week but I am completely ok with that as was totally off plan!!
Back on it and ready to smash it for next weigh in.

B - 2 weetabix (B1), ss milk (A), strawberries & chocshot (0.5 syns) followed by 2 tangerines
L - mackerel in tomato sauce followed by melon, strawberries & tangerine
D - bolognese with broccoli & cauliflower
Other - 2 slice wm toast (B2), 2 mini babybel light (4 syns) & tomato, Options Mint hot choc (2 syns)

Syns = 6.5
Calories = 1300 approx

Will check in with you all later, off to babysit my nephew!

Lost 3.5 then gained 2.5 so still 1lb up. :) I gained 2lbs a few weeks ago and still messing about trying to lose it. Told my son to take away all the Christmas biscuits and cakes etc when he went home yesterday - I bought them for him and MIL - but there is still the wine here.

You look really nice in the spotted dress and the top.

Not far to your target now - sounds like you will be there very soon.
 
Trying to properly get back on plan from today. Finding it so hard as having a few family things going on at the minute so quite stressed. Not good when I start my new job on Monday supply teaching!! :(

B - 2 slice wm toast (B1) with scrambled egg on one slice, nutella (2 syns) on the other and tangerines
L - 2 slice wm toast (B2) with ham, 30g cheddar (A) & tomatoes/salad
D - sardine in tomato sauce with broccoli & caulfilower
Other - green teas, water, fruit

Syns = 2
Calories = approx 1200

Trying an Extra Easy SP day... see how it goes. Expecting another gain on Monday night but not too fussed.

9st 12lbs now :).
