A little advice please .

Hi i started on saturday and everything was fine , today was a different story tummy has hurt all day , feeling so hungry and was scared of slipping up , so tonight instead of my third shake i had 40gms of green beans , i feel very guilty about this but dont have the pains anymore . Have i done a bad thing and should i miss my breakfast shake to make up for it .
Any help would be great
 
I would still have my shake as well. I'm only on day 5 so someone with more experience will have to answer but I think you'll be fine but defiantly don't skip your shakes :)
 
only had 2 shakes today plus the beans, still feeling a tad guilty
 
You should have all your packs, the beans cannot substitute for the nutrients and vitamins in your packs. My understanding is that not having all the nutrients and vitamins you need may cause your body to hold on to weight.. x

Just put it down to an ss+ day dont be dissapointed with yourself out of all the things you could of eaten you chose green beans be proud!! Just make sure as said above that you do have all 3 packs every day you need them nutrients =D
 
thank you dont feel quite so bad now, will have my third one befor bed time ,
