a little bit of advice and encouragement please

    Ok now im only tellingyou lot this because i need advice.
    before i tell you, i know what i did was wrong and stupid and im most certainly not going to do it again so what i DONT need is people making me feel worse.

    Yesterday after my evening shake, for some reason i ate i dont even no why, boredom i guess, anyway after i felt so bloated, full and sick that i sort of made myself throw up.(yea i no stupid)

    now i know this will have taken me out of ketosis... but what im wondering is because i was sick will it take me long to get back into it? and how much have i runined it.
    hel and advice appreciated thanks because i feel awfull :(

    which plan are you following as I would have thought you should be moving up the plans now anyway with your BMI, this should help you slowly introduce food back into you diet and put you back in control.

    im doing ss but im moving up plans on saturday so ill be fine untill then but i dont want to ruin this weeks weigh in.

    jsut drink plenty of water to fush it through and you will be grand xx
