A little confused

Had my WI last night and I gained 1lb! I dont understand. I have had a good week, just over 1400 cals for the week and i gained 1lb.

I've now been given a target of 1650 for the week and i'm worried i'm going to gain again!

its not TOTM, I eat different food, i eat enough calories, have a max of 100cals high fat. Just wondered if anyone had any ideas.
