A little SS+ advice please?

    Just need a little advice please ladies. Does anyone know if the milk takes you out of ketosis and if it does is it ok just to have 4 shakes and no milk?xxx

    also posted a very similar post. on day 2 of c.d. only avin shakes, no food added, but am avin a small amount of skimmed milk daily 4 my tea which i dont wanna av 2 do without. my cdc has told me that the milk shud b ok as im stil on a very low calorie intake. im hoping that shes rite as i dont wanna undo my hard work just because i luv my cuppa's. was tryin 2 find out from others if the milk intake will alter my weight loss much - just gonna av 2 wait n c as no1 seems 2 know! gud luck wit ur journey.x

    You'll stay in ketosis on SS+ even with the milk, assuming you have the 200ml that is :)

    No, it wont make much difference to your weight loss :)

    Thanks for that its my friend thats doing ss+ and said she was feeling hungry and that doesnt usually happen once your in ketosis so though she may have come out so she said if the milk was a problem she would just have 4 shakes and not the added milk.xxxx

    People levels of hunger vary when in ketosis. I was always hungry for a while before a meal was due, and also after I had eaten, and I was just on 3 shakes.

    It doesn't necessarily mean she was out of ketosis. Also hunger is a strange one. Psychological hunger is a major thing and sometimes very hard to tell the difference between the two.

    It's rare for anyone to be really out of ketosis on SS+ (with milk)
