    I gained 4lbs this week after a MASSIVE pig out
    right now i feel like utter crap.
    im just so angry because i never stick at:banghead: things and thats how i ended up looking like a f***ing beached whale to begin with
    im soooo stupid:break_diet:

    sorry rant over!
    can i really get back on track???:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

    I totally agree Tizee00. We CAN do this!!!! The support on these forums is fab, now just wake up in the morning, dust yourself off and tell yourself this is the first day of the rest of your diet and in a few weeks time you'l be much much slimmer!!! Sending big ((hugs)) x
