    w8
    reading 90 days to brilliance so i thought the 90 days diet can aso begin tomorrow - plan - stick to w8 plan of the 4 meals and half pint of milk - drink more water and do a dvd - i have jillian michaels - belley blaster and hannah waterman's so really what stops me - hoping this forum will fill a gap and help me stay on track
