A new low-carber!

Hi, I am starting a new plan tomorrow - based on the Belly Fat Cure principle of low carb and low sugar. You can have up to 6 servings of carb daily and no more than 15g of sugar.

Anyhow I hope I'll be able to keep at it and loose this weight once and for all. I'm currently around the 15s2 mark - official weigh tomorrow so that I can keep proper track. I have lost a stone since November doing WW but find it really hard.

Will keep this updated with my progress. And heres to a slimmer, flat tummy belly for summer!
 
I am just starting a 'no grains' weight loss plan today too - so no sugar/wheat/corn/oats/rye etc but everything else is okay - (Potatoes once a day) - so quite low carb. As we have similiar stats it will be interesting to watch your journey.
