A newbie on the block

:cool: I am the Newbie on the block. I just finised mf first day on Exante and feel good. No bloating whatsoever..that's a change :jelous:

The water is the issue at the moment, so I will try to drink more and the exercise I will fit in after my first week is finished. I am exited for this new challenge...my ultimate goal is to look good when I start my new job in October in Switzerland....and my new baby niece :p

So, roll on second day and melt those pounds...fast and efficient!!!!

Tea, coffee and green tea also add to your daily water intake of 2.5litres/4 pints that you need to drink in addition to the water used to mix your shakes.

I mix my shakes with a pint of water as I like them that way and it helps with my water intake...

I am sure you will look great for your new job in Switzerland in October, sounds exciting! Congratulations!
