Well I'm not a newbie as such, used this forum over a year ago, but can't remember what my username was !
I'm meeting my cdc tonight, and starting tomorrow, I cant wait

I used CD over a year ago and lost 3 stone, Ive been really ill since then, and put on loads of weight. I had an operation 3 months ago and now feel fantastic, so ready to tackle my one last problem- my weight!
I have 4 stone to lose, so come the new year theres going to be no stopping me !

Well My first day on the CD! The new choc orange shakes are amazing, CDC was nice, shes on holiday for 3 weeks, so I had to get 3 weeks worth, and I will weigh myself until she gets back. Still very excited at the new me starting! x
