A newbie who needs inspiration!

Hi Im new to this site but I have been on the Lipotrim Diet for nearly 4 weeks! (19 pounds lost)! Its been quite easy to start with even though the water has been a bit hard going! But im finding it really tough now especially as my weight loss seems to be slowing and I havent touched any food (honest). Just wondered if there was anyone out there who could inspire me to keep going!

Hi lipgirl and welcome! You've done so well don't lose heart! The water is the hardest part, but thats the trick, if you dont drink enough of it, you won't lose weight cause (don't quote me on the sciencey bit!) it sits in your body not being flushed out!!! The whole point of all the water is basically this = Your kidneys need to be well hydrated, for a normal eater 2l a day, for us, 4 to 5 l a day. If your kidneys arent hydrated, they wont work at optimum power, so they transfer some of their workload to your liver. And its your liver that's trying to break down the fat!!! So when it has more work from the kidneys, it cant concentrate on the (wonderful )fat melting!

It might just seem like a load of hot air but I know it made it easier for me to get my water down once I knew what it was for!

Thanks Want2bme it does make more sense when you put it like that! I have been having just over 2 litres so Im going to up it a bit and hopefully it will do the trick!

Its a pain but it really does work!! We just have to enjoy legging it to the bathroom every 15 minutes I guess!!!
