A Night Nurse's Struggle

TOMORROW! Tomorrow! I luv ya tomorrow!! You're only a day away! Or in my case 8 hours :boohoo:!

I'm on night shift for 8 weeks now and fully intend to use that time to give me a good boost to the start of my weight loss!

From midnight tonight I am gonna do it and get down to a healthy weight! I WILL write my food diary up every day!
Any advice gratefully received people xxx
 
Monday 7th May: Day Off - EXTRA EASY

BREAKFAST - 3 egg omelette filled with mushrooms/tomatoes & 1 dairylea light slices ( 1/2 HEA)

LUNCH - Homemade Ham & Lentil Soup, FF Yogurt, Pineapple & Grapes

DINNER - 2 thin minute steaks grilled, a baked potato with chopped onion and 1 darylea light slice (1/2 HEA) and a huge mixed salad with 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce (1 1/2 syns) and 1 tbsp extra light mayonnaise (1/2 syn)

SNACKS -
Small Fruit Scone (4 1/2 syns)
Apple and Pear slices

Tuesday - Nightshift (21.15 - 07.15) - EXTRA EASY

BREAKFAST - 2 slices WM bread *heb) with Bacon Medallions, tomatoes and mushrooms
LUNCH - Homemade Ham & Lentil Soup, Fruit Scone (4 1/2 syns)
DINNER - Mince, Potatoes, carrots, onions, peas
SNACK - FF Yogurt, Grapes & Pineapple

Day Ending at Midnight

13.00 - White Coffee with 2 tsps Sugar(3 syns)

Well Well Well!!!!! What a surprise! NOT! I really did have the best of intentions in keeping this daily diary but as usual I've let it slip away!!! What is wrong with me?
