A quick question

Can anyone tell me... is 142g of fish as a HEXB the raw or cooked weight?

I'm planning fish and chips on a Green day for tea, but don't know how much I can have.

I've just looked in the book and it doesn't say, so I would go with the raw weight x

raw weight as everything else is raw so wouldnt think fish is different xxx
