chicken fajitas lettuce raps (it may not be traditional but it's delicious)

you will need:
1red bell pepper, sliced
half an onion, sliced
1 chicken breast
salt and pepper

For the Marinade:
1/4 cup of Fresh Cilantro (or about tsp of dried Cilantro)
1/4 Jalapeno Pepper, seeded
1/2 tsp of Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp of Chili Powder
Juice of half a Lime
1 Clove of Garlic, peeled
1 Scallions, trimmed
1 Tbsp of water
Salt and Pepper, to taste

1) puree together all of the marinade ingredients, Pour the marinade ingredients in the zip lock bag with the chicken and mix to make sure the chicken is fully coated in the marinade. Marinade in the fridge for a minimum of an hour. ( actually I usually leave it for the time it took me to prepare the other stuff )

2) In a none-stick pam add the peppers and onion and season with salt and pepper, cook the peppers and onion until deeply caramelized around the edges and have cooked down a bit. then leave it a side

3)cook the chicken on a pan or that grilling thing that I don't know its name

4) slice the chicken then add it on the peppers and onion and cook it for a bout 2 min then add half a tea spoon of a lime

5) rap them in the lettuce and enjoy :)
