well last saturday night i had shish, chicken, salad and sauce. and this week i've lost 10ib. Not that i'd recommend u do that i'm just letting you know. I also find it very hard at the weekends when the hubby is having a treat - i've definately and not going to hav carbs though x

I'm on ss+. For a few weeks I had homemade wontons (kids favourite) in the soup made with the savoury vegetable broth but this last week i got knocked out of ketosis. I'm not sure if it was the few wontons that did it or maybe the extra teaspoon of summer berry flavouring ;) This week i bought a tuna fillet and steamed it with pak choy with a little splash of soy sauce!! I'm still in ketosis!
