a yo yo diet pro

    Hey Everyone,

    Despite being a member for quite a long while I've never had the courage to really join in on much and just used the site for inspiration really.

    I'm so so sick of losing weight and then putting it all back on again and more.

    This time I'm going to make a real effort to chart my progress and be determined enough to stick to this diet until I am not only at my goal weight, but STICKING to it without getting despondent and yo yoing back.

    Am trying Cambridge diet 790 having a white and green meal in the evening. Is anybody else doing this? Are there any tips you can share?

    Thanks to everyone in advance for any help will be sooo grateful.
