Aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

    I am going mad, i am contemplating on starting back on saturday, so this week I've being watching what i'm eating and now I can't seem to stop!!!! I can't stop thinking about food( and I'm not even on Lipotrim yet:cry::cry:)

    As you can see from my tracker i've been here before and did quiet well and I know half of it has come back on again. What am i going to do?? It is 13 weeks (93 days) to my holidays (the first in 3 years!!) and I would really like to be 3 and half stone lighter!!!!!!!

    get on the LT train pronto! the more you think about food the more you will want it.

    just take a break from food till just before your holiday and you may even hit that target you have, or as close as damn it!

    just get on with it, right now, there is no time to lose, only weight!

    Thanks MSblonde, I'm just cracking up. I am sitting here at work and my jeans are so unconfortable (I couldn't wear them when I stop last time cause i was able to pull them up and down without zipping them:eek::eek:)

    You are doing really really well, hope I can make it through the first week again!!!
