AAAAARRRRGGGGHHHHHH

    Sorry had to just get that off my chest.. Feeling really fed up with myself at the mo.. on plan.. off plan.. scales all over the show.. dress arriving and being snug.. really wanting to wear it for the do.. cant really be bothered to plan and cook.. not much choice of food in the house.. not much money to go shop.. Have been on night duty for the last 2 nights and lost track of what I have eaten on what day..know I should go back to red days.. want to eat crisps and cake.. dont want to eat crisps and cake... aaaaarrrrrggghhhhh.. I know what I should be doing, but cant some one just come round and do it for me????

    Aww hun, I know how you feel. If you feel like you want cake (really really want and not just bored) then have cake, but write everything you eat down, that way you are still keeping control.

    It's far too easy just to have cake and think... "i've runied it for the day now, so I may as well have another slice etc etc etc"

    Good luck hun, maybe try listing all the reason why you want to lose some more weight and stick them somewhere you see them often.

    You have and CAN do this mrs xxx

    Oh dear huni... I hate falling off wagon as so hard to jump back on :(

    You will get there and writing this email shows that you want to do it!

    Cant you hang your dress in the kitchen so you see when go for food!

    Come on Mrs - get a grip!! You have done so so so so well - keep it up!!

    seem to get the same way, just before i'm due on........want this want that........but i give myself a good talkin to and get myself sorted.........well most of the time....feel off the wagon this week...not badly but i'm strugglin..........went shoppin last night, so if am goin to munch........its goin to be free food......well thats the plan.................

    Its tough but try to remember you are not as bad as you once were! Every minute is another chance to turn it all around!

    Thank you thank you..

    so I have had fish and chips.. white bread cheese and ham sandwich (with tom sauce) packet of walkers cheese and onion..2 viscounts biscuits and about to tackle a cuppa with a couple of coconut maccarooooons.

    Tomorrow is another day and I am planning (yes planning ) to cook ahead and freeze some stuff.. think I am just tired and forgot to mention * week.. I have tonight off (not needed so taken annual leave ) which is bloody marvellous.. may actually try to salvage my relationship with DA (ships that pass normally) .

    I find it so much easier when I have loads of SW friendly food in the house, when I don't it's really hard. I often make two SW lasagnas one day so only 1 day of prep and only have to heat it up next day - as I sometimes can't be bothered to cook every day. :) Hope you sort everything out

    sorry but what does DA mean?

    Also as suggested try and remember why you did this plan and why you want to loose weight. Maybe look at some of your food diarys from the beginning to get a bit of inspiration or even if you feel like cake make some of the sw cakes like the cous cous cake or the weetabix cake yum yum!

    Good luck and come on here when you feel the need to lapse.

    strategically place a couple of coconut macaroons on your nips and one on your moomoo - a sure fire way to salvage any relationship ;)

    Hahahahahaha by the time I read this the maccaroons had been eaten and left me feeling a wee bit sick!!! However I have had a bath and shaved me legs.. DA (dumb ass) thinks his luck is in and is as we speak having a shower.. not that he only showers when he thinks that way, but he is probably having an extra scrub just in case ;)..

    However after working 2 night shifts back to back and getting only 3 hrs kip this morning I will probably be asleep on the sofa by 10. OH well.. I just tell him to pull me nightie down when he is done :p

    Just off to bed myself, and will probably be having nightmares with the thought of my sister with coconut macaroons strategically placed ready for the freshly showered DA to have his fill!! Emski with this in mind not too sure about sharing a holiday cottage with you!

    Seriously though - it seems that when you do nights the SW plan becomes a hassle for you, be kind to yourself - we have around 8 weeks until the party and the dress looks fab, i am sure you have thought about what you want to look and feel like on the night.... so you will get back to what you know works for you.

    Awww, just try & do something else, go to the gym or for a walk, get out in the car or make cakes like fatty no more suggested.
    Just remember these feelings don't last long & then you can move on.

    Can i just say the cous cous cake is LUSH!!!!!! :pi am addicted have made about 4 this week! Is it true they are only 2 1/2 sins for the whole thing on green day ?

    also how do u make the weetabix cake? and whats that like ? xx
