AAM week

Something I noticed..started to AAM yesterday and my ketostix are going pinker and I feel nice and warm and lost 1.5 pounds overnight..I really think it is giving my weight loss a metabolic boost! Hope this keeps going as my weight loss slowed a little last week. Anyone else found this experience? (I am only adding an extra 350 cals but keeping it low carb).

Ooooh im looking forward to AAM on my 5th week :) . But tought it was 6oo cal we could have?
I think they say up to 600 calories. I am too scared to eat more than I am eating at the minute as I would be worried about losing control and snacking but I am enjoying what I do have and seem to be well in control :)
