AAMw Can the Fish Be Smoked???

Does anyone know, I've just thought about it and the undyed stuff surely there's nothing else added????????

Also how do you cook your chicken???? do you just cook a breast and weigh some off or do you buy deli stuff???????

Should have asked my cdc today, but I'll ask you lot instead xx

Sorry, no smoked fish due to the high salt content.

I used to do my chicken in the Foreman

I think you need to be careful with smoked as sometimes they add salt.

With chicken I measured it raw (about 60g) then when it was cooked (dry fried) it went down to 50g
