Well chaps. i have a general weight loss diary in the diary section, but thought it would be handy to write down what i'm eating on here. and that way people can tell me if i'm going wrong, given that i'm going it alone as it were.

yesterday was my first day and i maxed out my points using up things in the fridge.

so today:

brekkie: tinned pineapple - 4points

lunch: large sandwich and apple - 6.5points

dinner: 60g dried pasta with sauce made with tinned tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, brocolli, all dry fried in a tiny bit of water - 3 points.

i get 23 points a day but i am going to aim to use around 20 because i'm sure my calculations will err slightly, and i have the odd cup of tea with semi-skimmed in it too. once i get used to things of course i'll be able to play it a bit closer to the bone :)

l remember you from cd last year how are you finding ww a lot different but nice to be eating just have to control portions l have gained 30lbs since doing cd last year have had loads of restarts but end up throwing in the towel after 2 wks cant get in the zone l started ww yesterday so l hope this works for me good luck with ww:p

ha. i'm back on cd now babes :) i had a bit of a panic when i had my contraceptive implant taken out and started gaining weight at an alarming rate... so i'm back on what i know works quickly as my wedding is looming...
