I think it was ok..

just done my daughter a snack she only 14 mnths, trying her with some cocktail sausages and cheese.. well she didnt like the sheese so i ended up eating it and i had about 3 cocktail sausages.... i know the cheese shouldnt knock me out of ketosis but worried the cocktail sausage would of? i could kick myself.. BUT i do feel better now abit not as lethargic!

he he you made me feel better allready.... just checked the carb content and its per 100g 12.6 carbs.. i only had 3..

hopefully i be ok will check ketosis later...

what we like a? lol

Don't be too hard on yourself. Drink lots of water, pick yourself up and dust yourself down.
