Achy legs?

have got tired feeling achy legs, i am now on day 4 is it normal? :confused:
 
Hi there.

It's hard for me to know exactly what's causing you to have achy legs or whether it has anything to do with the diet. It's possible that you may be experiencing cramps due to a reduction in sodium/salt in your body which can be remedied either by adding a bit of salt to your soups or seeing if you can get sodium tablets from a health shop perhaps?

The best person to talk to is your consultant as be/she can get advice from our medical department if necessary.
