Actifry and SW?

diddldonna

Restarting my journey :)
I am thinking about getting an Actifry in the sales unless hubby has took the hints and gets me one for Christmas :)

Who has one? What SW meals do you cook in them? Other than chips.

Roast potatoes, bacon, sausage, scampi, nuggests, fish bites etc. (all the processed stuff which normally would need oil can be cooked without as they are full of it anyway!

For more healthy options, vegetables can be roasted - remember a spoonful of Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a HEXB. Others have made curries, bolognese etc. in them.

Do a search on here, there's been loads of threads, you might like to try Paul Brodel's book, "Hot Air Frying" - he's the bloke who demontrates the Actifry on the Ideal World Informercials on TV.
