Actifry question!

I cant help with your problem I'm afraid, we had an actifry for less than 3 days, we looked forward to getting one but we were so disappointed we took it back.
 
Really! Everyone has raved about them but I'm little disappointed too, since I've had to have nearly burnt chips for them to b cooked inside!!
 
That's so strange. I don't have this problem. How long are you cooking for? I chip raw spuds, spray and cook for 40 minutes and they're spot on when they come out. Failing that change the type of spud you use as par boiling will just make a mess. Sorry if that's no help :-(
 
Maybe we just got a dodgy one but the chips were kinda rubbery, they were really strange. Tried doing sweet potatoe chips and they went kinda mushy. a friend of ours made a chicken noodle stir fry in hers and we tried it but the noodles were horrid. Hopefully you will have more luck than us x
