Drastic action .... After going a lot of research I have decided not to eat my exercise cals back ..!!!
I have calculated my BMR and then how many cals I should be eating based on my weekly exercise levels ..!!! Therefore I cannot eat more on the days I exercise ... AND on days I drink I have to modify what I eat eg: soup for lunch ... Coz I just cannot give up my alcohol ..!! Even if its only a glass
I need up Lose half stone and its just not happening ..!!! And I feel horrid :-(
I'm 43, 5'1", 10st 2lbs ... Want to get down to 9 and 1/2 stone ..!! Just to get back to 9st 11lb would be fab ... Felt nice at that .,!!!
I'm an a/e nurse so run around..!!! I run 2/3 times a week and do a class once a week ..!!
I have an under active thyroid but am optimally replaced .,!!

Some people don't eat what they lose, like myself. Be careful on the alcohol, those are empty calories.

Yeah I know ... I don't go overboard .. Just a glass :) and not every night x
