activity points??!?! :s

Hi good luck ;)
we can earn acivity points for exercise we do But we have to if dine a certain amount if steps before we can have the AP
I have a ww pedometer plus i don't use it now but last month I was 15.7 stones 5ft 2 and female and 40 the pedometer said I had to do 4486 steps to be in the healthy range a day before I could earn AP I did approx 15000 steps a day and it worked out I earnt 5 AP for that I do 30 min treadmill 30 min wiivjust dance dint drive and have 3 kidds so that's how a ww pedometer plus helped me understand how many I was earning. Other than that there is a guide that will show you how to work it out re effort we put in on exercise. I personally never used my AP as I still have 5 stone to lose , have lost 2 st 9 but people make their own decisions wheather to use them depending in how many points we can have , when I lose another 3-4 stone I will prob use some but not all xx

Can you tell me how many points you get for burning say 200 cals as it says on my wii active how amny cals i've burnt but not sure how many points you can get :)

It goes on level of activity, your weight and time not cals. The wii fit isnt acurate enough and i always find it to be a low activity! 30min of Yoga on there for me is 1pt

I dont think you get much for 200 cals but I dont know how to work that out I used to go by my pedometer which was actually very spot on as I checked it step wise,best if you go by the chart on the ww cardboard exercise activity in moderation wise.It does take alot to earn AP as I sweat like alot on the treadmill for 30 mins to get 2 AP.
Yes its my 21st weigh in tomorrow lol fingers toes legs arms eyes and everything crossed ;) xx
