I was gonna put your details in my calculator and see what came out but I've found a sum for you
Light activity is your current weight X # mins X .000232
Moderate activity is your current weight X # mins X .000327
Heavy activity is your current weight X # mins X .0008077
So current weight (in pounds) multiplied by the number of mins multiplied by one of the decimals above (depends on you rate the activity: light effort, moderate effort or heavy effort).
So if I went for a 35 minute jog it'd be 156 X 35 X .000327 = 1.7
Round that up to 2.
