Add a Meal Week Questions

I'm a bit premature but as an x cder the add a meal week was 2oz chicken, fish or cottage cheese (think it was 2 please correct me if not) and two tablespoons of leafy veg, lettuce cucumber. There were definately no 'sweet' vegetables or fruit.

Exante seems to add quite a substantial meal and leaves you to choose, anyone know any different, what to avoid etc
