    hi all has anyone any ideas what to eat on add a meal week x

    Page 16 of the booklet tells you what you can have but basically meat, fish, green veg and salad. Hope this helps

    yes i had seen that but wasnt sure if you have all the things in one meal or what and also is it right that you have 3 packs and then a meal for the whole week ?

    3 packs then a meal from the items listed to be no more than 400 cals if I remember rightly

    Wow that sounds like a lot im full as anything on 3 packs but i suppose a chicken breast with a bit of salad would be tasty lol

    Chicken has never really done it for me, but I can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to it in two weeks time! Roll on AAM week. :)

    I will definately look for that my aam week starts on Friday 24th and i was starting to panic just the shakes etc are very simple and easy to manage and takes away any food worries lol
