just to break up my weight loss journey a bit i have added a 3rd goal!!!

i now have 5lbs til 10,7
15lbs til a BMI of 25
and
25lbs to my holiday goal of 9,1

wish me luck!

ps i thoroughly recommend having these mini goals as it really is great motivation to always be a few lbs away from achieving something. never too long to wait until you can celebrate hitting a target!

Hi Cambridge Diet 08,

Mini goals are hopefully going to get me through as well. Your weight loss results are really amazing ! I am 5'2 too and my start weight is very similar to yours ! I am going today to see my CDC. Would love my results to look like yours !

Hi Keeley

I am doing exactly the same - little goals make it all seem so much more realistic dont they...
I was 14.5 when I started but at 5ft 5 I'm a wee bit taller than you. I am currently 10st 9 and although my original goal was 10st - I decided that if I got to 11.7 originally I would be ecstatic!

I've used each little half st mark as a point & always with a reward of some sort!

I love these mini-goals Keeley, they make you feel great. Do you have any treats planned for when you reach them?
