Adding things to the shakes?

    I know you're allowed black coffe, so I was just wondering if it's ok to add coffee to the shakes?
    It's probably a really silly question but this is only my second day!
    :confused:

    Yes you can add coffee to the shakes!

    You could also try cinnamon or nutmeg too.

    I like to add herbs to the soups too

    Yes you can add coffee ro shakes - decaf is best. I add it to choc, vanilla and cappucino.

    Also tetras are lovely added to coffee - especially the banana.

    Hi hun - why is de-caf better? Just because its de-caf and healthier????

    Yes! If you haven't been drinking lots of tea/coffee because you are drinking water :) then to suddenly add caffeine isn't good for sleep! If you are already drinking caffeined coffee (is that a product??!) then use that.
