Advice from anyone doing maintenance to lose???

Hi everybody! I finished LT TFR a few weeks ago now because I just couldn't do it any longer so I started having 2 maintenance shakes and a healthy evening meal per day. I did the refeed first and I have continued to lose. However, the last week I've gained 3 lbs and it's really upset me as I don't understand why. I'm having low calorie/carb meals like chicken salad or salmon and veg with a small potato so I'm at a loss as to how I've gained. Anyone got any ideas? Ta xx
