Im really struggling with cravings on LT, havnt cheated to date (15 days) but Im feeling really weak the past few days, even though Im losing weight great. I was consideringswitching to CD once Ive finished my LT pcks, straight into it, so i can have the bars and tetras and AAm week to help.... Can you guys please tell me whether AAM and the bars have affected your weight losses so far please? I really want to keep up 2.5 - 3lbs per week so that I can be at goal by christmas. Thanks in advance xx

I don't find that bars and a meal have affected my weight loss at all, its my head that affects it

Good luck with whatever you decide.

A very few people find the extra carbs in the bars affect their weightloss adversely - sometimes because they come out of ketosis (slightly more carbs) and sometimes because there are slightly more cals in them. However most people are fine and even find the chewing + having real type food helps.

The same with AAM week .... most people find it helps and can even kick start a sluggish weight loss into moving a bit quicker and losing more the week after AAM.

As with all things it is best to talk to your CDC if you decide to change and see how you get on with bars /AAM yourself.

Good luck which ever route you take.
