Im really struggling with cravings on LT, havnt cheated to date (15 days) but Im feeling really weak the past few days, even though Im losing weight great. I was consideringswitching to CD once Ive finished my LT pcks, straight into it, so i can have the bars and tetras and AAm week to help.... Can you guys please tell me whether AAM and the bars have affected your weight losses so far please? I really want to keep up 2.5 - 3lbs per week so that I can be at goal by christmas.
