It's not going to affect your losses. Only a marked increase in cals will do that. As to whether it might affect ketosis I wouldn't like to guess. Can you contact your CDC?

St johns wort will not affect your losses at all if anything it will help

St johns wort is often used when on a no carbs diet as is gives you the natural high your body would get from having carbs

So if anythings it will just make your body feel better and more positive about the lack of carbs its getting
