Advice Needed - Warning - Food Mentioned!

    I need some advice, we are going for a family meal on Saturday that I can't get out of. Originally, we were going to a beefeater type place so I was happy having chicken and veg or green salad. However, the venue has changed and we are now going for a chinese!!!

    Is there anything I can eat at a chinese restaurant?? I don't have the option of not going and don't particularly want to draw attention to myself by not eating....

    Help!! :wave_cry:

    Thanks for the response Blitsy, it's an all you can eat so not sure if they can, but I will call when I get home from work tomorrow. I have been 100% since starting CD again and am determined not to ruin the diet, I know how hard it is to get back on again!

    Just be sensible with the green and white list, I'm sure if you phone them they will be able to help, I do ss+ and had a small stirfry this week.... so maybe

    I'll give it a go - nothing to lose!! Is there a link on here to the green and white list? My cdc hasn't given me any booklets and I'm on SS with 3 shakes......

    they should have an option like cut-up chicken pieces. i remember i went with my friends to a chinese restaurant and they had a chicken starter- it was basically cooked chicken pieces with soy sauce, but u can just disregard the soy sauce:)

    they veg is mostly green(lol)
    broc cauli mushrooms green salad leaves cucumber par choi(nice stir fry) cabbage any color if you go onto cd web page you can download the pink book or pm purple hugs she's real good a remembering oh yeah and celery

    i did par choi brocoli and mush stir fry was del

    oh nasty team 23 won AGAIN lol well done
