Can I use coconut milk as part of my healthy extra a and which brand also is gluten free dried pasta free please....sorry if question has already been asked I’m a newbie many thanks

Hi, coconut milk can not be counted as a HA I am afraid. Unless you mean Coconut drink? For example Alpro Coconut Drink, unsweetened, long life, you can have 400ml as a healthy extra a. And it looks as if all gluten free pasta is free as long as you use the dried variety.

Thanks so confused just looked at Tesco website and it said alpro long life coconut but can’t see where it sais if milk or drink ty so much for replying my friend also said the rules have changed to 2 healthy a and b
