Advice on Unofficial CD recipes.....

Hi, I wondered if you could give me some advice on the unofficial recipes for CD shakes etc.

I have recently tried a few out and loved them......obviously I know only 1 a day is recommended.....but I wondered if anyone had found if even that has effected their weight loss?

I've tried 3 recipes for my evening 'meal' for the last 3 days (1 each day) and I notice that the scales have stayed the same....... I love these recipes but would be gutted to find that using them effects my results?

I think (but am happy to be corrected!) that the reason for only "cookin" one pack a day is that the nutrient are destroyed on heating. Also, if you make a muffin or crisps eg, you use less water so will need to bear that in mind for your daily water intake.

Yeah you are absolutely right, that's the reason they recommend only one a day......which I've stuck to.....but I'm wondering if even one a day isn't a good idea?

Maybe it's the water thing then...... hmmmm......I generally drink loads....but maybe it's been a bit of a dip over the last 3 days because my evening meal is containing less........will bear that in mind, thanks!
