Hiya,after a complete meltdown in my personal life (and the 'devil may care' binges that go with it) im getting getting back on the horse after about a 5wks away from the cambridge diet,i have a new excellent cdc and ready to roll but here's the thing,my work is extremely physical and ssing for me is out,i was going to do the 1500 plan during the week and ss at the weekends when im off and my activity levels are such that the reduction in calories wont be a factor,can u guys please give me your opinion on this?
