Advice PLEASE!!!

    I'm changin my lifestyle not dieting using CS
    As you can see by my mood (crappy) I am not in a good place today, I am coming down with a cold which is giving my chills and sweats not feeling like my food, but know i need it to help get better. I am so out of sorts and not sure what to do, going to bed is not an option.

    Any remedies for fighting this cold, and start on the road to recovery. :cry::cry::cry:

    Eat healthy and drink lots. Better to eat lots of fruit and get your Vit C that way.

    I could recommend echinacea but think you have to really take that before the cold sets in but may be worth a go.

    Otherwise, paracetamol and trying to stay positive may help.

    Poor you *hugs*

    I'd recommend the echinacea anyway cos you seem to be prone to these bugs.

    work with kids and they pick up everything, might give it a go though......

    fed up with catching everything going around.
