I'm emma I have at least 6 stone to lose and last time I used Cambridge lost 5 stone got married and put it all back on lol!

I can't afford Cambridge so I have brought some exante

Is it as good as Cambridge?

I had gestational diabetes in 2015 and my son was born 2016 and because of the strict diet I didn't put a lb on in pregnancy and I was actually a stone and a half lighter after having my son why why why did I not continue the diet!!!

Thanks for reading and any advice or tips given

Xxx

Hi Emma, First of all welcome and congrats on choosing to do something for yourself. I used to do cambridge as well, but I switched to Exante because frankly I didn't like the lack of choice in CD products.
It is as good as Cambridge, you just won't have a counselor following you. That said, I live in a region where there aren't really any counselors, so it's pretty much the same for me!
So as for advice, the same rules apply as Cambridge, drink your water, exercise won't hurt (walking or anything aerobics really)
How are you doing? Have you started yet? anyway good luck on your journey :)

I'm so so sorry I have only just seen this!! I forgot I had posted here
Unfortunately I haven't started it yet I'm so cross with myself but once this weekend is out of the way I plan to start
Thank you for your reply xx
