advice please

can anyone tell me,how do i no if im still in ketosis?ive been on the cambridge diet since last friday and have my weigh in tomorrow morning,i sometimes feel abit sick so nibble on grilled chicken breast is that ok or am i not going to loseweight bcos of doing so?im new to all this......:confused:
 
When I did CD I knew I was in ketosis when I felt more colder than usual, had bad breath and loss the hunger pangs. If you are SSing then strictly speaking you should only have the packs especially in the first few weeks.

If you are struggling then maybe move up a plan and work your way done to SS.
