advice please

    Lipotrim and cambridge
    on my 3rd day and last night was in ketosis and checked tonight and im not,is it because i picked a bit last night maybe?

    Probably. Don't cheat or there's no point in doing the diet. Cheating takes you out of ketosis. Not being in ketosis means you go through the first week time and time again. It's a waste of your time and money. If you're serious about losing the weight remember that TFR stands for Total Food Replacement.

    Yes, it's hard but the results are worth it. There is no possible way you can't lose weight on this diet if you do it correctly.

    Yes is the short answer! So, put it behind you, and keep on track and you will have the righ results at weigh time!
