Advice wanted for Refeed

I'm in a bit of a pickle. I ordered 2 weeks supply of LT off a buyer on Ebay and there's been a problem (a bad seller apparently) and they haven't turned up, so I run out of my shakes on Wednesday. I'm 1 day short of shakes (due to weigh on Friday). I have a few maint products I could use for refeed so could I start refeed a day earlier?

It's a pain cos I really wanted to do 1 more week on TFR.

Hi Taylor,

I can't see starting refeed a day early making any difference to your Friday weigh in. I'm no expert but if you follow the refeed sheet 100%, you'll most probably still be in ketosis for the missing day.

I lost 4lbs on my first week refeed, so it is possible to refeed and still lose weight.

Make sure you post a diary please! As it helps so much to read what other people are doing and thinking.

If you stick to the sheet, you can't fail. I think you'll lose more weight. You've only 1lb to go until goal sweetie. That pound will begone next week no doubt.
