It's my mums 50th at the end of the month an we are having a surprise party and I am going to allow myself to eat some bad food this day. My question is, how many days before should it come off orlistat to avoid side effects and how many days after is it safe to restart them?

I'd stop them 2-3 days before and maybe a day after to be on the safe side, although I did used to start them again the next day and didn't have any issues. xx
