After baby?

    What diets are we all planning to do after we have given birth to our little bundles of joy?

    In the past I have done EVERY diet under the sun!
    I want quick results so i'm going to give exante a go. It's only 100 pounds a month, and is supposed to taste nicer than lipotrim which i have done, only for a short period.....16 days.....but I lost 16lbs in that time and felt amazing! But i developed a server chest infection (nothing to do with the diet) and never quite got back on the wagon.
    So exante is my plan.....once I've had all the post preggers checks that is. x

    OOOOH not really sure, I will have to do something thats for sure as my little sis is getting Married next May. So I think I will keep up my Healthy Eating plan which I am finding easy to stick to at the moment. I am really hoping to have gained very little if at all, so far I have lost 10lbs but I know it will soon get more difficult. But I have learned from bitter experience that it DOES matter what you et when you are pregnant and I am determind not to fall into the 'eating for 2' trap again.

    slimming world i think. i had success with it whilst preggers while i managed to stick to it. which i haven't for the past month, ha. but for the weeks before that it was great. so i'll probably get back into that again.
