After eating

It can be - but everyone is different so it depends. I have come off plan twice (once for 1st anniversary meal, and another when my nan passed away and I went on a mad binge) Both times I gained weight, but the week after I had *good* losses, usually loosing what I had put on plus extra :) Keep glugging the water though after eating, to flush out the food!
