Extra Easy After three weeks off the wagon I am back!

Very very embarrassed - have managed to pile on 5lb in 3 weeks :cry:. I know exactly how though - I went completely and utterly off plan! :break_diet:

But I am back now - faced the music and went back to class and hoping that this little bit off of the straight and narrow means that I can get my head back into SW mode and get the 5lb off and get one step closer to finally managing to get to target.

I am so annoyed with myself - I was really starting to feel good about myself, my tummy was flatter, my waist was getting defined, people were commenting on how great I was looking... Amazing how much worse 5 little pounds can make you feel :cry:

Anyway - enough negativity - I've had my 'last supper' (crispy shredded chilli chicken with noodles, spring rolls and pineapple fritters :p :p) and Im ready to go!!!

Well done for deciding to get back on track. I'm sure that 5lbs will soon fall off, but good luck with the next week xx

well done for coming back .. i had a bad week and iv prob put 5lbs on in the whole week, as far as 3 weeks go i think you did pretty well only to have put on 5lbs!! well honey lets get back on track to ideal weights!
