Hi

I finally went back to Slimming World last night after slowing gaining weight since being married. I've done Slimming World before and lost nearly 2 stone before I got married, but since then it has slowly crept back on. To say I was a little shocked when I got on the scales is an understatment! as this is the heaviest I have ever been throughout my adult life! I am going away in September so really want to get back into my size 8 and 10 clothes again!!

I wish you goodluck! =] I know the feeling of getting on the scales and being shocked. But i'm sure that shock will turn into surprise soon. The good kinda surprise! =P
