Grrrr!!! My tummy is entirely full but my mouth wants to suck nibble crunch nom nom nom nom. Grrrrr.

All the stuff I have is healthy not-bloody-nibbly stuff. It is not stuff for sucking or crunching on. There is a big bag of sweets in the corner that I brought back for the b/f and I am NOT HAVING ANY. Grrrrrrrrrrrr. What can I haaaaaaaave?

Suck on some fruit? Haha that sounds odd. Maybe some berries or something? Or chew a banana slowly! Or make some SW chips!

I have a pack of sugar free polos and I know this is strange...but I also have a bag of mange tout in the fridge (uncooked!) as they are suprisingly quite sweet and crispy to much on as I am already sick of mullerlights! Nice, but I'm looking like one now

PS... well done for keeping away from the BFs sweeties, I too am battling aginst my BFs fruit pastels that are waving at me from beside the sofa!

Mmmm no my mouth is needing non-healthy stuff  Ive got mangetout and berries and fruit all that but they're not really sucky-mouth things and my tum's already full.

Ive made a big mug of Bovril, at least it'll put me off the sweeties :)

I used to have grapes and Muller lollies in the freezer but I forgot to refill them after I defrosted, boo.

Bovril it is, if Im not back in ten shout at me to GET AWAY FROM THE SWEETIES!

That would almost be my tea all over again :D I had Finn Crisp with laughing cow, pickled onions, pickled cabbage, pickled gherkins, tomatoes, a Muller light and hummus and salad :D

I am now here with MORE pickles waiting for my Bovril to cool down a bit :)

not syn free, but low in syns and grrrrrr  I can't find them in my book now! Something makes me think they are 4 for the whole tube, but I have them beside the sofa and just eat a couple a night... sucking on one right now instead of the evil fruit pastels! :D

Have you got any low calorie hot chocolate in cupboard :) Its 2 syns for options and they come in single sachets if you could nip to shops :)

Thats my problem too, I know one fruit pastille wont hurt - but I end up eating the whole lot and can't stop. A small curly wurly a 3.5 sounds tempting though....

Mmmm gonna have an Options sachet now to get over the thought of chocolate!

Ive never tried Bovril - silly question, but what is it? I've always assumed its a bit like Marmite and I really do hate that quite passionately!
